This engine is designed as a strong street stomper.  It is very similar to the famed 1970 LT1 engine rated at 370hp, but with many upgrades.   It will idle at 800rpm, run on pump premium fuel, and deliver 12 second passes with traction.  Recommended for a manual transmission or mild stall converter, backed by 3.23 or steeper gears.  The idle is lopey but still makes enough vacuum for power brakes.  Best of all, it is a reliable combination that will provide years of use, when properly maintained.  For any further questions, please call or Email us.
